Meet our founder and managing partner, Shawn! Shawn started our company in 2020 after working in pest control sales for several years. He's a dedicated family man, married to Christina since 2016, and they have two beautiful children - Tinley and Quinn.
Shawn's hard work and dedication as a top agent have earned him Hall of Fame producer for both 2021 and 2022. He currently resides in Merritt Island, Florida, where he also manages our Florida office.
Shawn's life has been transformed since joining FFL, as it has given him and his family the time and financial freedom to pursue their passions, travel, and serve in ministry. His passion for helping others achieve the same freedom and while chasing their legacy is what drives him to lead our company with integrity and excellence. Richie
Crahal
Meet Richie, our managing partner and leader at our Augusta, Georgia location. Richie started his career with us in 2020 and has already made a significant impact by helping over 1,000 families in his first two years. Before joining the insurance industry, Richie worked in door-to-door pest control sales.
Richie is a devoted family man, married to his wife Brittney since 2018, and they have two beautiful children. In 2022, he accomplished the impressive feat of Hall of Fame and has since developed training programs to help multiple agents assist 30+ families each month.
As a manager of our North Augusta office, Richie is passionate about helping other agents achieve their goals and make a difference in the lives of their clients. He believes that working with FFL has allowed him to take control of his financial future and has given him the opportunity to impact the lives of others in a meaningful way. We're proud to have Richie as part of our team and look forward to seeing the positive impact he'll continue to make in the lives of our clients and agents.
